There will be enough nudity on RAGBRAI with out a naked critical mass ride. The naked or topless beer slides are a balst!

For those that do not like RAGBRAI, you have no idea what you're missing.

Two things hated most buy the radical anti bike community, nudity, and CM.

If by keeping the government out you getting them involved unnecessarily then yeah you're right.

I gotta say there is nothing that bugs me more than when a group seeking acceptance and equality run out and do stuff that does the opposite.

The bike ban in black hawk, CO is illegal:
Illegal Bike Ban.

Pay particular attention to this paragraph:
"Where the roads are dominated by the automobile, it is because they have been usurped. Many motorists—specifically, those who refuse to share the roads—mistakenly believe that their possession of a driver’s license gives them a superior claim to the road. These are the motorists who exclaim that, “Until cyclists are licensed and insured, they don’t have a right to the road.” In fact, the right to travel is an ancient right, now recognized as one of our constitutional rights, and the roads are the commons, open to all for travel and other uses. Rather than signifying a superior claim to the road, a driver’s license merely grants the holder the revocable privilege of operating a motor vehicle on the commons. Because other road users are not required to be licensed (and that tacitly means this right cannot be revoked) their right to use the roads is in fact superior to that of the motorist."

black hawk is violating Colorado state law. That is to be expected in a town where the mayor is a convicted felon and as corrupt as they come.

Travel is a right? An ancient right? What sort of BS entitlement is that? All I see is a bad situation, being made worse, by a sense of entitlement. Instead of arguing merits, they're just redirecting the negative attention. No wonder everyone hates us. Because there is little to no regulation on bikes, that means they have more of a right to the road because a drivers license is revocable? The logic is there, it's just wrong.

I think what it means is we have a right to travel where we choose on or by using public commons, such as roadways. Motorists still have the same right to travle on these commons, but the privilege of their liscense can be revoked, but they can still travel, as that right can not be taken away, they would just have to use other means to do so.

Everyone has a right to travel, it is protected uner the Constitution. With some modes the privilege of a liscense or permit is required and can be revoked. But the right to travel is still there.

It seems more that they have the ability to take away cyclists rights, we're not debating a car ban.

That doesn't make it an ancient right. I also wonder in what way that can be misconstrued, since the constitution as previously discussed, is not an all inclusive document.
