I did and had some online friends join in different parts of the country. A shop in Richardson TX hosts a shop ride on Black Friday.

I rode in to work and then hauled ass to meet my wife with my sick daughter at the doctor's office.

Longest 52 minute ride of my life and by far my best ascending rates I've ever had.

The saving grace was very little traffic for the majority of the ride to the doc's until I got closer to the shopping centers.
