I know he was found guilty, but I don't think he has been sentenced yet.

Road rage doc sentenced to 5 years in prison - a victory for cyclists, but probably still stirs up ire among motorists...

thank god he got jail time for that. Honestly, I can't believe his attorney kept pushing the "it was only an accident" **** the whole trial.

yeah, okay, slamming your brakes on intentionally (as said to the officer) is TOTALLY an accident, yep.

I'm glad he got serous jail time. With good behavior he'll be back to it in 18 months, but still it's good to see he didn't just get a slap on the wrist.
