Good Bicycle Helmets?

I'm looking for a helmet that is ascetically pleasing. Something not to bulky and doesn't make me look like an 8 year old. Any body got any suggestions? Manufacturers? styles? What do y'all use?

For XC & road, I use a Giro Hex. It's cheap, which is good cuz I break a lot of helmets. For DH, SixSixOne Evolution carbon. Got that one cuz it was half price on Chain Love.

Usually, it's when I do something really stoopid like crash into a tree. Sometimes they just break spontaneously like my last helmet. The inside plastic straps just snapped in two for no apparent reason.

I'm not familiar with the Saros, so i looked it up -- appears to me to be a (small) step down from the Pneumo; seen 'em priced from $70 to about $130. I personally wouldn't just because I insist on visors, but they look perfectly good as far as quality and style.

Aesthetics should be the least of your concerns. You need a helmet that fits correctly, not one that is a 'fad' or in fashion.
