Did you or your brother contact the county or state attorney's office? They may have been able to influence the police to investigate, arrest, etc. Is it too late to have something done?

Sorry, don't buy it. There is more to the story. I'm just saying that time after time, the worst stories don't include all info. Now the second oil rig exploding in the Gulf, that's gonna be interest. But this, move on foks, there is no story here.
