Watching the news tonight I heard a scary stat. They were doing a story on auto insurance and were saying that 1 out 7 drivers on the road today didn't have any insurance. They went on to say that that total could be as high as 25% of all drivers are uninsured. That's not just scary for motorists, but for everyone who uses the public roads.

As far as I'm concerned anyone who is caught driving on the public roads without either a drivers license or insurance should be arrested on the spot and be banned from ever being able to get another license.
