I cannot catch a break sinus infection and pink eye , makes me want to scream

This has been the worse winter i have ever had sick for a month straight , it is almost time to start the charity rides i have got to start training i have got to get well

Sometimes taking some easy rides kicks colds right out. Obviously you need to be careful and not push it, but it's probably good to get the blood flowing.

I am back at it to be honest i feel the best things i have found for sinus 1 nasal flush 2 keep humidifier going 3grapefruit seed extract nasal spray 4 keeping allergy meds going and keeping my vitamins going . beat of all getting miles going
