I need to wear sunscreen.
On my bald head and on my nose, mostly.
I am a fair skinned person, and have a good tan, like most of us do, as we spend a lot of time outside.
But on rides over a couple of hours, I apply sunscreen to all exposed skin. I also live at altitude in Denver(5280ft above sea level, ). This adds like 20% more sun.

First off...I am a sweater to begin with.

Everywhere I apply the sunscreen I sweat more, than without it.
My nose will drip sweat, if I put it just on my nose, my bald head will pour it with the sunscreen.

I use a "sport" type(banana boat sport spf 30) sunscreen, so it doesn't come off.

I'm in Utah, so I'm familiar with low humidity, high desert weather. My guess would be that you're not sweating more, it's just not evaporating off you as rapidly due to the sunscreen.

You could try to wear a large hat this way you get the sun on neither area

I'm fat so sun screen can cost to much. I prefer long light long sleeves and a hat.

I like long sleeves for MTB riding. Keeps the sun and bugs/branches off me.
