Energy drinks?

What are your opinions on energy drinks?

I really like redbull, I prob drink 2-3 a day. But i sometimes wonder about the long term health effects.

Anyone know anything about this?

are you drinking them because you like the taste? or to keep you going during the day?

Don't you feel sort of cracked out when you are all hopped up on energy drinks? I can't stand the jittery, shaky feeling that I get from just one!
I don't know about long term effects but it would probably be in your best interest to do a little research on that topic.

Do you crash hard at the end of the day from them?

Energy Drinks are ok in moderation, you CAN develop a chemical dependency to them meaning and addiction. At 2-3 a day, you are heavily 'medicated' by it and I bet you really feel it when you don't have it in your system. Especially now that they found cocaine in Red Bull (pulled it off the market in Asia and most of Europe; strangely nothing has been done in America yet).

FRS Energy is where its at if you want a good energy drink; most others are poison. Lance Armstrong endorses and promotes for them as well, they are more natural and taste much better.

Does anyone drink that Venom stuff or the little 5 hour energy bottles?

It still seems like I crash even when I don't use the energy

The 5 hour energy is a pretty good one. It is not really bad for your either and doesn't have that "crash" effect like most do. I recommend it but as with any energy supplement, take it in moderation. A lot of the energy drinks are tons of sugar, carbs, calories, etc in them so i would def. do some research before you keep or start doing 2-3 a day, even with some exercise.
