Give us an update with how well it works/holds up for you. Looking to get a trainer myself but have no idea which one or even where to start.

I have that same trainer. Picked it up on Amazon last year. The only name on it is Mag Trainer on the drive side rear leg. If so I have used mine a dozen or so times and have no issues other than I wish it had more resistance. I did the E Rock video work out last winter on it and that was a simulation of a century ride. He held up well and is still as good as when I first picked it up. This was purchased as a replacement for my Cycle Ops trainer that was 10 years old.

I own a cyclops that is similar to the one you bought, In order to change how hard it is to pedal all I do is change gears. I never even hooked up the remote tentioner, as the gear change thing made it plenty hard enough to get a great work out going. It was also a bit quiter the faster it turns.

Great shot of dad and child by the way!

I'm not sure yet. last night was just simply re runs of big bang theory lol, that is untill the last 10 min sprint which had me looking down and sucking air to hard to pay attention to the TV lol.. yeah she's my little go- getter as soon as I brought the wrench out to attatch the roller she came flying over they saying "I help", and I hadn't even got on the bike yet when she began the "I wanna do it".... Broke her heart she couldn't reach the pedals

Yeah this one just has 5 settings I believe in which there is simply a knob on the back to select, I just picked a setting and did the same using my gears to make it harder and easier
