I'm picking up my new bike tonight from the LBS and a Blackburn fluid trainer from a seller on the local classifieds. Picking the trainer up for $100. It's 2 years old.

Thats a good score on the trainer. This is peak trainer season. That ussually puts them at a premium even in the used market.

Ya. That's kinda what I expected. Most in classifieds are around $250+ for used. So I saw this one and jumped. It comes with a training tire, also.

I just picked up a cycleops magneto off craigslist for $170. Anyone have one? Reviews seemed pretty good. Can't wait to try it out tomorrow. This cold weather is driving me crazy.

Oddly enough, I paid something like $40 for the first one, and $25 for my second one this winter. But I had the Kinetic Rock and Roll to review, so the others are bike stands.

I just picked up a Cycle-ops magneto on craigslist for $99. It is high quality and works great. I just have to get over it being such a boring ride. I do 1 minute intense and then a 3 minute cool down light peddling and repeat that for 45 minutes every night. It has kept my stamina up over the winter.
