SHOULDERS:

BICEPS:
Barbell Curls (4x14 #60)
TRICEPS:
Triceps Press Machine or bench dips (4x14) #45
Pulley Pushdown (4x14) #55
LEGS:
Leg Press (4x10) #550
Semi-stiff Legged Deadlifts (4x15)#135
Leg Curl (4x14) #35
Calf Raises (4x30 #550) on leg press machine
Worked fast, little rest. Feel great but I’m tired and I am sure I’ll have the DOMS tomorrow!
