As Homer said once,

"Why are all the bad things so tasty?"

Tis the reason that I was never really able to shred the weight when I was lifting. No discipline!

Cookies and potato chips are my down"fail" I take both in my lunch everyday. I just switched to Fig Newtons' and Fig Newton cookies but....I have to have my chips. I can't remember the last soda ( pop for my northern friends ) I had.

I'm trying to avoid wheat, which seems to be helping my allergies. I miss my Newtons.

I no longer eat any of that stuff. Well not regularly, I did have a doughnut last week since one of my guys brought them in for BFast.

Good thing cheesecake didn't make the list, I'd be a sad Panda if it did!

Over the last two months I believe I've eaten everything on that list... in quantity. And I've ridden my bike(s) like 3 miles. Okay, maybe the mileage is a slight exaggeration but not much. Same thing happened last year. I'm not stepping on the scales until the end of January.

Tonight starts the recovery phase.

Ditto on the eats- fortunately until this week I have stayed active. I plan on getting the train back on the track food wise by Saturday! Activity train by tomorrow.
