I don't eat most of those foods. I tend to shy away from fried food, too much grease makes me feel bad. I've eaten my fair share of cookies/chips though. I am 24 after all. Yay for fast metabolism!

My allergies keep me away from most of that. I got a real problem with sodas though. I'm trying to cut back.

I've lost 6 pounds this week by cutting out cookies and candy in my lunch. There is a small possibility that the Kettleworx has had something to do with that too
