not his drink, more like a drink lance is paid to endorse.

i looked at the label. ingredients look a lot better than the more common drinks. i like that they are getting the pick me up from green tea extract. it also states it has caffeine but does not state how much. since it doesn't you don't know if it is the same amount as 1 cup of coffee or as 12.

if i had to choose between FRS and monster/redbull/rockstar... frs would be my choice.

however, there is only one energy drink i trust and consume... Rev3.

You men should decide what chemicals you seek and concoct your own juice. I'm serious. Start with water and add caffeine in the exact amount you want along with whichever glucose/sugar type. Add any number of other electrolytes available in any health food store along with flavoring. I use caffeine and baby aspirin before a race and carry nothing en route. I only time trial out to 25 miles. Trial at 10 miles I don't need anything. At 25 miles I take only water. No additives. You don't need anything but water if you're only out there for under an hour.

Am I the only one here who still drinks water?

Not really, Nigal. I only drink caffeine and aspirin before the race. While riding I only drink pure water. I don't think sugared drinks make a difference in events under one hour.

I would drink straight single-malt on the course but for fear of being found out. It smells you know.
