Long Treks & Hydration

For those who do long road trips what do we bring for hydration. Water or a sports drink mix?

Water plus 1 to 3 scoups of endurolyte powder per liter depending on the temperature.

Yes, a mix of both is good to have with you for best performance. It's kind of like with a infant, switching between both breast milk and formula so you get the best of both worlds!

you got that right! a mix is best.and that breast milk thing?? hummmmmmmm.......never tried that,maby i just might....ride on
