Pain from shoulders to glute? Sounds like marriage.

Pain down the leg into the calf, is not a good thing.

Couple possibilities: seat too high, stem too long/angled down, cleats too far toward the heels or in an extreme case, an unhappy nerve.

Either way, play it safe and get checked out!!

At least a fitting, hopefully that will do the trick! Still not a bad idea to see if there's anything else going on.

To measure glute function if anything else.
