Pain free. Really?

I'm not thinking I'm gonna be pain free after trying a move like this! I'm not even sure I would be able to get back up much less be pain free

yeah... there's a reason they have a hand drawn person doing that exercise.

The pigeon pose can be tricky. It is a good hip opener but you need to go slowly or you might injure your knee. For starters, place a blanket or block under the hip and don't bend the knee at right angles. Then just take it easy when bending forward - it really does loosen up the hips and you don't have to do it picture perfect.
