Lol ive always gone in spurts.. And with the eating- I stopped chewing tobacco 2.5 weeks ago and been feeling the need to eat all the time, so ive just been keeping fruit around so atleast im not cramming down snack cakes!

:-) just got done setting up the new 42" TV in the living room... So with that got to move the 32" into our bedroom along with the xbox and all of our workout gear.. We actually have more free space up there.. Should make for a nice set up. Even got my wife wanting to get back into her routine

Well my work out plans have made an improvement in my life... Pt test before training: 57 push ups, 43 sit ups, 17:45 2 mile run
Then today 57 push ups, 55 sits, and 15:45 2 mile run..
