Tour of Sufferlandria: This Scares Me

I am especially afraid of Jan 31 and Feb 2. Anyone else have all of these vids and want to give it a go? I did one yesterday morning and woke up sore from it this morning. Definitely not in Tour form right now.

I've found it's more enjoyable watching Xela suffer while I offer words of discouragement.


Sitting through "The Bachelor/ette" on the DVR is my version of a sufferfest.

The Kinetic came with a Sufferfest video. It was quickly replaced with Netflix.
