Tomorrow's stage is going to hurt...a lot! First double vid stage. And it's all TT. Something I'm not good at.

But on a positive note, 217 of the 980 that signed up didn't make the start yesterday, so my odds of winning some prize have gone up. Just gotta finish.
That's awesome, everyday I'm on the trainer thinking of you pluggin away alot longer than me! Stick with it bro If you're having trouble recovering I know a doctor who....... never mind...

Stage 3 was a double. Glad it's done. I was so nervous about it that my HR was 105 before I even turned the pedals.

I gotta admit, it makes me glad to see how many people are dropping out. It's down to 584 out of 993 after only 2 days.

It's only the end of Day 4. I should really stop putting out personal bests.

for those of you using the trainerroad stuff, can you export workouts to tcx files or other formats?

I'm thinking about signing up to use it, but want to be sure I can then export my workout to my phone etc.

Yep, I download mine and upload them to Endomondo where my main collection of workouts are.
