TrainerRoad.com

Anybody using this? Seems very cool and an amazing deal for 10 bucks/month. I just signed up last night. It will sync with all of my Sufferfest videos. It can even calculate power output using my speed once I tell it what rollers I am using. There is a huge database of supported trainers/rollers.

I had to order the ANT+ stick today. It will be here tomorrow. This is what transmits the data from my cycling computer to my laptop.

I'll give a full review here (or on IndustryOutsider) once I've given it a good test.

Just curious to see if anyone else has already tried it out. I'm kinda excited.

WOW! Unfortunately they do not list my Blackburn trainer as being compatible.

Yeah, I do have a Blackburn magnetic but its the Ultimate model I believe...it doesnt have the user selectable resistance.

We can work on adding that. If you can get your hands on a calibrated PM we can generate a curve.

That or you could contact the manufacture, they often have predefined curves.

If you get the curve, email is at support@trainerroad.com and we'll add it.

I will try and contact the manufacturer as I dont have a power meter of any kind and one of the aspects of the TrainerRoad service that attracted me most. A very structured workout and progression and no need for a power meter.

If I can get the curves I will send them to you. Thank you for signing up and posting.

Hey Nate, thanks for joining the forum! Gotta love Google alerts.

I have an older Cyclops model, and I was looking for a list like you posted above on the site, but probably wasn't looking in the right area. Mind pointing me in the right direction?

Yah, google alerts are grand .

If it's not there though don't fret. We can either get the manufacturer to help us or have someone with a PM and that trainer help us.
