A/K. I may be having a dense obtuse moment.
So I was over zealous yesterday, but love that feeling that tells me I worked hard.

Ran a 6:15 minute mile on the elliptical (easy Al I don't use those often) and max'ed at 315 on leg press. The read is as follows. I did sets of four.
Assisted pull ups wide and narrow 15 reps
Leg press max 10 reps
Inverted row 10 reps+ 15 bicep curls with bands in a superset
Push-ups on inverted row bar
Decline t bar sit-ups 20 reps+ oblique rotations 20
Push-ups with t bar on bosu 15 reps
Planks 60 seconds bosu hands and feet
Knee raises 20 reps
Cool down stretches ( couldn't find the rollers)
Was feeling not happy with my lack of gym sessions and extra calories this week(end).

Leg day again today. Gota the classical Christmas channel on Pandora. Sets a different tone to the workout pace to say the least.

Two mile run on the treadmill, followed by some chest, abs, and arm exercises.

PAIN! In a good way.
Well I hit 405lbs on leg press today!
Learned some new workouts which were more challenging then they seem such as bicep curls against a wall while keeping your elbows pinned. Today focused more on "core" and "full body." Lots of movement. One thing was like doning those standing knee raises where you touch your elbow to your knee, but in plank form. I forgot the names of the exercises but I am tired!

I love planks!!! Try them with your feet on a swiss ball instead of the ground. You want to know pain?
Mix it up, try planks with your arms bent and on the swiss ball and your feet on the ground.
Just hold this until your body starts to shake and wants to give out on you.

Sometimes a headwind is really a tailwind, and sometimes a tailwind is really a headwind, to your development. Deep Thoughts.

Oh yeah.
Try a Bosu for feet and arms. Man my body will shake at the end of those. Yeah, plank variations are boss. Integrate turned me on to a book called "The New Rules of Lifting - ABS" which focuses on the "core." They go through all sorts of crazy planks. I tried one arm and the opposite leg, yeah dont have the balance yet.
