For the record I took that pic of him with my DSLR one 2 years ago. I love that pic of him!

Little guy must have known I wanted to exercise this morning but thought it was too cold to bike. He just kept going to his harness and leash looking at me then it sniffing it then whining.

He's kind of a smart lil booger.

Needless to say he got his way.

stability ball work with body weight and BP fun mixed in for good measure yesterday and today.

Stability ball bridge calves on the ball
Stability ball ham curl with hips off the floor the whole time
Ball of the feet on the bottom half of the ball with legs just about straight for more bridges.

No rest
, consecutive sets, 20 reps/exercise.

Hurts like hell, you will like it.

Looks like a plan for tomorrow. I was not happy with my workout today. I didn't feel focused on what to do. Think my selection was too random. I did go high rep versus weight on all exercises.

Integrate come to Texas and train with me, I am sure I will feel the pain then. You know some crazy workouts.

I need more stability In my regime.

I did my corrective warm up them spent about 20 mins with the prowler outside in a lactic avid induced living hell.
