45 min of Nike + program. Today was core and a tad of cardio.. Even went for a 2nd round the plank based work outs hurt so good lol

Did this again today. Tried out the Precore 100i OMG! 2 minutes on that thing had me out of breath almost. Then I tried the CycleOps spinning machine. I'm gonna have to clean up my MTB shoes next time. Clip in and ride! SPD pedals or strap ins. I could really like that. Better than those stupid sit down bikes they have at the YMCA. It's just not the same feel. Now the Spinning machine it feels like I'm on a bike!

12 miles on the fatties yesterday and a two mile hike with my 25lb daughter on my back in a carrier.

Whoa mama!!! Talk about crushed, puréed and diced glutes!
