Cardio: 3 rounds of burpees, mountain climbers, hurdle matrix, leg matrix, and jumping jacks..

Today was a weight day.

1/2 a mile on the treadmill
65Lb dumb bell squats + mountain climbers (bring the leg up cross over to your other feet)
45Lb dumb bell chest press + 21's (bicep curls split in 7 rep increments) 84 reps of curls at 50 lbs (PAIN)
Lat fly on the cable machine while lunging reversed + squat press 45lb barbell (toss the weight in the air and catch on the squat)

Planks, dead bug, mountain climber, squats, hurdle matrix, YTWs with 5#, romanian dead lifts with 15#, planks to pushups, more dead lifts, jumping jacks, 1.5 lunges
