Cool thread. I found a Sunlite front rack for about $10, that looks like the one in #1 post. I like it. It's pretty strong. I don't like the way the bike feels with a bunch of weight in the front though. I haven't bought any bags for it because it doesn't have loops to keep stuff out of the wheels. It was mostly for looks, really. I am still happy with the rack, because it works somewhat like a fender, and gives a place to bolt a small lunch cooler or lantern flashlight. Car drivers seem to yield more since the installation of it, so perhaps they think it is a moped (it is now a motor assisted bicycle).
There is a sterilite bin which is small and will fit on the rack if you want to drill and bolt it on, but they are kind of fragile. It might work for a cheap tacklebox or lunch box, or to hold a pair of gloves, and small things.
