This looks pretty deluxe! I really like this style (mounts to the forks, but not the brake bosses)

Here is a $20 kit that bolts clamps onto the fork blades, to recieve the v-brake style front racks. Make sure your fork can take the weight. Flexy racing forks might not be a good choice.
