Engyo, thanks for the change of pace.

That rig is very cool, if you'll pardon the pun.

I've never seen such a rig and would think it great fun on large lakes or rivers. Probably go like a turpentined cat. One good feature is the cornering ability.

Truly don't know. Living in southeast Texas, we don't get enough ice to go skating, let alone Ice Cycling.

It looks like all you need is a hockey rink. Or a frozen lake. I've heard of one-of competitions, like local groups; but nothing beyond that.
