Starting/Stopping a Recumbent

Thought crossed my mind this AM. How do you start/stop on a recumbent with the high mounted cranks?

I think it is an EasyRacer where the cranks are low, so I can see how to start/stop with one of those, but the high mounted ones, like a Bachetta or Streetmachine, how do you do it?

Put one foot on a pedal, in the 12:00 position, or maybe a bit before the top, and push. If you're riding a lowracer, you can pick your hand off the pavement once you're moving.

Having a trike no problem, put your feets on the pedals and pedal along
