This is what I accomplished with 2 pulleys, a piece of wood, a point & shoot camera, and 150 feet of nylon cord! 100% solo set up, and portable enough to carry in my backpack!

Not really, it's pretty straight forward set up and execution. But the more intricate the shot, the more prep is needed, like clearing a path in the brush if you want the line to pass through it.

Not really, I just continue rigging it up and if someone asks any questions I just answer them as I'm setting up. I always make sure that the line will not be in the direct path of the trail, so nobody is stopped from going through.
