the conversion is complete! just got my rear cog in today, and put it all together.. i love it! there are a couple problems though.. the crank is not completely concentric, so the chain gets too tight and too loose at some points.. the bottom bracket is also starting to go, but all in all im really satisfied. will post pictures later.. thanks for all the help!

Looks like fun. A quick rub-down with some steel wool should knock a bit of that surface rust off.

Also- Did the pictures get inverted [mirrored]? The drive train looks like it is on the wrong side of the bike.

yeah the picture is mirrored... used my laptop's webcam. definitely need to take some steel wool to it for sure. the bottom bracket is really starting to go, and i can't figure out how to get it off.. any suggestions?
