Need some help please.

I'm a college student with little $$$$ and I've been looking for a fixie (would prefer a flip/flop hub, but wouldnt mind a straight up fixie). I can't decide between three. The three that I'm stuck on are: Widsor The Hour, Motobecane Messenger, and Motobecane Track. My first question about the bikes is, do any of them have brake line holders welded on the frame? I want a nice bare/clean frame. My second question is about the Motobecane Messenger. Can you take off the brake handles it comes with? And my final question. which one is the better quality bike? Or is there any other fixie out there thats in the same price rang? I'd like something nice but something not to expensive.

The Messenger does have cablestops welded to the frame. You can remove the brake levers but you'll need to re-wrap the bars. Overall I've been pretty happy with mine. Here is how I have it set up now...

Northroad bars and a custom front beer rack.
