Hi, i want to build myself a single speed bike. I have a extra 105 crankset 5600 off from my road bike. Just want to know will it fit?? Or just change new BB??

That's a random question. It will surely fit. If you have the correct BB for it, and the BB is the correct width to maintain a straight chainline, then it will not only fit, it will work.
