SE Draft Lite or Schwinn Racer ??

I try to buy a bike for my gf. She is about 5'2 tall. And we went to bike shop last week, tried on 48cm bike. it was way too high for her. And i just search around, and found SE Draft Lite or Schwinn Racer under $300 with small size. Did any one know how these bikes??

You might want to find out when Bikesdirect will have the Windsor Hour in 43cm back in stock. At $279 delivered, you won't find a better deal.

Why not build one for her? Look on your local craigslist: san antonio classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events and see what you can find search for key words such as "Fixie, Fixed, Fixed Gear, Frame, Retro Frame & ......"

Also take a look at this link it has a log of great info on fixed gear bikes. Buyer's Guide To Fixed Gear Bikes - Bicycle Habitat, NYC's favorite bike store

I personally own a SE DRAFT LITE and I love it. I haven't had any issues and have put many miles on it. It has held up very well for me.

This looks like a stale thread, but since it's been revived I'll say that I've been riding an SE Draft for a while now and think it is a decent bike for the money -- lot of fun to ride. The SE Draft Lite comes two hand brakes, flip-flop hub, freewheel and fixed cog -- so you're all set. The Schwinn Racer comes with a coaster brake and front hand brake. For me personally, I prefer hand brakes to coaster brakes -- and the flip-flop is nice to have -- so I prefer the SE Draft Lite.
