Shimano is awesome!
So I picked up some MT23 shoes and dont plan on putting a cleat on them; I just wanted a stiff sole shoe. These shoes dont offer a cleat cover so I called Shimano and the guy on the phone said to use the cleat cover from a different shoe and it should mount on it no problem. I called around to about 10 different authorized retailers and no one had them and wouldnt bother ordering them because they needed a minimum order to do so. I was getting frustrated at this point. I called back the nice guy at Shimano and told him my dilemma and without skipping a beat he said, "why dont I send you a set of cleat covers at no charge for your trouble". Now that is what I call customer service! It was at my front door in 2 days and they fit my shoes perfectly. A+ Shimano!
