OMG, you're going to be the bike version of the crazy cat lady that lives in the scary house at the end of the road :-)

Are you Craigslisting these as you go or are you just accumulating them to make you happy? Don't get me wrong, happy is good !!!

I want to buy an old frame and make a beater out of it too. See, now you have wisdom to impart. Seems to be a lot of old cheap Schwinn rustheaps available on CL. What would you suggest as a starting place for an Around Town single speed steel bike....one that I only had to tear the shifters off, upgrade the hand brakes, and put new tires and a Krylon paint job on?

Nice job on your old bike....I want old bike happiness too.

Dig it. Cool ride. What do you have on the spokes though?

Honey, it's just a bicycle. and i REALLY need it to excercise, and to ride it to work.(hehe)

Someday when I grow up I will probably lose interest in toys with wheels, but until then..
