Which bike would you choose?

Getting into cycling and can't decide between the Specialized crosstrail pro disc, the Specialized Sirrus Limited, or the Trek 7.7fx. The limited and fx have carbon fiber frames so that's a plus, but the crosstrail looks cool with suspension fork and disc brakes. Does anyone know how much any of these bikes weigh?? I imagine the Crosstrail weighs the most b/c it has the suspension? Other bikes on my list our the Cannondale bad boy 1 and Giant escape rx 0. I just can't decide.

Save your money and get either a Cannondale Bad Boy 9 or a Marin Muirwoods 29er!

it doesn;t make it faster, thats up to you. all the frames will just sit until you pedal them around.

you know that carbon has its own peculiarities? any little ding and the rigidity of the frame tube is probably lost. like if you whack the frame getting it off the jeep or out of the back of the vehicle and it makes a small little barely visible ding, you probably lost the ability of the frame to not bend at that point.

we use a lot of carbon in aviation.
