First time on a "real" trail

So today we load up the hybrids and head out to a nearby mt. bike specific built trail. My grandson 12 joind my wife and I along with a couple of road bike buddies. Although the trail was a bit more "technical" than we had been lead to believe, our bikes were marginal at best for the conditions, we had the time of our lives riding and laughing at ourselves. The bruises will heal, and the bleeding has stopped on my leg. Our grandson cant wait to try it again. I never dreamed there could be such a upper body workout on a bike.
