I want to know how I'm doing:
Weight: 245 pounds
Height: 6 feet and 2 inches.
Distance a day: 38 miles (2x 19)
how often: 5 days a week.
Estemated average speed: 16 miles an hour.

I'm losing about 2 to 3 pounds a week currently.
Am I doing good or bad?
(it's on a road bicycle with 21 gears by the way)

You're doing great. You are racking up more miles than 99% of us and your speed is good. Excellent if that involves a lot of stop and go, traffic, etc.

I ride that to school, so I do go through alot of traffic. (traffic-delays alone is 15 to 30 minutes a day)
I also face about 4 bridges, 2 of them are for going over a river and 2 over a highway.
My VO2 max was first measured at 31%, 6 weeks later it was 34,4%. (quite bad)
I don't know what it'll be now.
The last measurement was 3 weeks ago.

Usually I drink about half a litre of energy drink (monster energy, juice) in the morning and I take a few supplements.
I wear 2 t-shirts and one sweater on top, a trouser and a sports trouser underneith to withstand the cold but I usually I heat up within 10 minutes even at 0 degrees celsius.
I don't even need gloves or something
I better not even wear them, they'll be soaked.

Nice! I try do do a similar thing(without the century) but pay more attention to time. I like to ride for 2 hours weekdays when the weather is good, 1 hour when weather is cold. 3-4 hour rides on the weekends.

I applaud you. Just be careful of injuries from overdoing it, they ll slow your progress down.

Ok thanks qmsdc15.
100 miles is too far for me in one day, I'd have to go past my limit

@senecacyclist
Thank you
I did fell yesterday cause of a tramrail. Not too bad but still...
About overdoing it, usually I do overdo it, it's always been my way to seek my limit and try to get beyond it.
Sometimes when I think I've had it, I push myself more and eventually I'm somehow stronger than when I'm not tired, going about 22-25 mph for a while.
Lazy muscles I guess

My bicycle is severely worn down.
I only have it for 3 months, I went to the store with it cause it had some problems, the dude looks at it and he said that:
The break-blocks were gone, bicycle chain rusted and maybe damaged, gearwheels rusted and blunt so when I bicycle it everytime skipped a few and front light was burned through.
Total cost: 250 euro's.
Thank god for insurance

I ride daily, doing 30-45 miles a ride with longer rides on the weekends. I also do charity rides that are 100 K or more (9 last year and 4 this year). So far this year I'm at 2,385 miles for the year. Last year I logged between 6-7,000 miles. Not sure how many I'll get in this year.
