Well done, Superj! Ride's looking good. Fenders are the bomb. I've found they provide some dust protection on dry dirt in addition to their more common function in the wet.
I appreciate mine the most when rolling through half-frozen slush and snow runoff. That stuff is COLD if it hits you.
I'm now on my 2nd set of SKS fenders - only swapped because my studed tires had clearance issues with the previous set. 3mm isn't much, but was enough to fix the clearance problem. No other probs with the first set over ~2500-3000 mi.

They worked super today on the 24 mile ride with the local group. And there ended up being little spots where the sprinklers had left rivers (ha ha ha, very small rivers) across the streets we were riding so they did their job. Also, I could hear them catching pebbles on the dry roads as we were in line so they kept someone from getting rocks to the glasses or teeth.
The only issue I can see having is when I put the bike on the back of the jeep, they are blown a little off center so I have to pull them back to center.

My Sks ones come via ups tomorrow. Not sure when I'll get the chance to mount them, but they should help keep debris off my kids when I tow them in their trailer

i discovered last night that my front fork doesn't have fender eyelets.
So the front didn't get mounted.
Need to figure out how tight I want the rear to be to the tire before trimming off the excess stays and using the little cap bits to finish it out cleanly.
Otherwise went relatively quickly.

i read that lots of people use zip ties if they don;t have the mounting eyes.
racks are next on my list of things to get.
it looks funny when i ride with the club down here. they all have expensive high end road bikes and i have my converted hybrid with fenders, wide tires, and those double drop bars. but i stay up with everyone just fine.

i was figuring at some point I'd convert to a rigid front fork instead of my low end suspension fork and would get one with eyelets.
tough part is I want to go carbon and i need disc tabs.
