Nice ones, Giant! Not sure which I like better: the looks of your locale or those of your bike. Very nice on both counts!

Just a quick photo or two on one of the many bridge spans over the Midland Trail a mostly completed and concreted old rail trail here in Colorado Springs. The wife and I got in 26 miles, some window shopping in Mantiou Springs a great roast beef hogie at the "Little Market" and rode home in a COLD north wind that's bringing in a SNOW front late tomorrow.

LOL, well it doesn't snow in the summer! Yes, sadly that's ice with snow on top of it. The good thing about Southern CO. is that the snow doesn't stay on the roads for long. Now many of the rail trails in Denver are actually "plowed", alas, that doesn't happen here in Colorado Springs. So we do more riding the "bike lanes and old streets that are still marked as bike routes" in the cold months, (Nov-March). Some the the "concrete" trails melt fairly quickly but you have to be careful in the underpasses, bridges and any shady spots for ICE!
