56, Average cadence over the last month on a variety of rides has been between 82 - 90.

I don't have a "5" yet but I'm dangerously close My cadence is usually 86. Working to get in the 90-95 or better range.

Heck I am just about to get the 4 in my age and my cadence is around 12 then I coast for a while then do 12-14 more then coast and hope I am coming to a down hill soon. That pedaling part wears me out, I prefer the coasting downhill part.

You have to go up in order to come down. Why is the up part always so steep?
