ID these cleats and pedals

Can some one tell me what pedals i got here? Wanting to buy a set of pedals for my mnt bike, but want the same kind on all my bikes for obvious reasons..

Probably. They look like SPD's but the release is different than mine. My pedals are single release though.

Definitely SPD cleat (You can determine whether single or multi release by the model number. Single release is normally black, multi normally silver) ... Shimano MTB pedal probably, not sure of model number.

Ok i assume that new pedals need to be the multi release or are they interchangeable?

Thank yall very much... Believe ill buy some actual road bike pedals for my road bike and move these over to the mountain bike

bones...if you're interested in Shimano 105 pedals and road cleats, let me know. I have a set that is new in the box that we might be able to work out a deal on. PM me.

Oh...you do realize that you'll need road shoes if you make that move. The ones you have will not work with road cleats.

yeah I was actuly considering sticking with the small SPD even on the roadbike.. But I do like the design of the SPD-SL's, going to try to run up to my LBS this evening, and play with the SL's.. So I'll get with you in the next day or 2 on if I may want the 105's or not
