That can change in a flash. Like, do you wear panties under your bike shorts ShprocketGrrrl? (Say it like Mike Myers from SNL) Or do you just install a panty liner? Does a pantiliner's wings help you fly downhill faster, or do they create unnecessary drag? Do you wear a bra under your sports bra?

this honestly made me laugh out loud!
no panties(i know some of the boys may have comments, i can take it) under the bike shorts..... sometimes i wear boy shorts(never thongs or bikini panties)and just regular shorts when i am not going a long way.
red bull gives you wings and that is all i will say about wings...
no bra under the sports bra... that would be less than comfy.

haha... if that happened regularly I would find a different sport. In ten years of riding trials it's only happened once. I've since made children, so we're good. Road biking is definitely worse for the boys.

If you look at my bike you see there's crazy clearance, it really helps.
