Fleeter,
that's the original definition of Fred, I think it came about in the 70's and was based
on a real individual.
Over the years Fred has come to mean anyone who has new state of the art, top of the line equipment without the legs to back it up (what I used to call a poseur).
call em like you see em, doesn't really matter.
