i got it at a great price and I should have bought the Garmin in the first place. But I have learned my lesson and I you can bet that if I should ever get rid of the bike, the Garmin will stay with me.

Ive been playing around with Garmin Connect most of the evening (my boss will surely be happy to know) and I think it will work out fine. There is a a lot of ride analysis available, I can add in other workouts not related to cycling. Though it is not specifically intended for that.

Can MapMyRide accept Garmin Edge information? If so that would be the only other site I would likely use. I like that set up better than RunKeeper or just about any other fitness site Ive seen.

I think for now Im going to stick with Garmin Connect. Its giving me some pretty good data. I just did a five mile ride on my trainer and the data from that is pretty good. As well Im trying to minimize all the apps, devices, etc. that I am using.

I may give it a try down the road, but for now I want to see how Garmin Connect works out.
