Well....went for a
nice ride( Youtube didn't like my music
) yesterday with my new
Tachyon XC video camera and soon discovered that my Garmin did not like being mounted on the same handle bar with the camera ! The Garmin was lost as an Easter Egg, would go into auto pause as if I slowed to a stop, wouldn't stay connected to the satellites and made a 36.55 mile a 20 mile ride. I never even considered the electronic interference the camera might cause being so close to the Garmin. I knew it could happen just did't think about when I put it on the bars....oh well.
Somewhat disappointed in the cameras performance. Part of the problem is that I bought a 16GB SDHC card that was a class 4 and not 6 or better, just couldn't stomach the cost of an ultra fast card. I may have to bite the bullet on this tho cuz I'm gonna use it in a
race car this summer as well.
