Don't know about where you live, I live in Vancouver and every day see cyclists risking their
lives and causing or almost causing accidents by not following the rules of the road. I believe

That is less than 1/1000 cent per taxpayer. Or 1/4000 of a cent per year that the study was
conducted. a waste of $300,000 that should have stayed in tax payer pockets or be used to pay
down the mass...

Here's my two bits either follow the rules of the road or stay the hell off it before you kill
