Because you pull a lever to use brakes to slow down. So when you use the brakes the light comes
on.Which the Stoptix would do, without any wiring to your lever.

Update: Joel came to work today in his new chair. It's much faster than the old tank, a
fraction of the weight, and it handles much better too. Titanium frame, Spinergy wheels with
