The auto industry is not going away any time soon. It will evolve, but not disappear. Writing
is no way to make a living. Trust me. If I could, I would. But it's best left as a hobby to all
    but the fo...

Sweet! I love Skratch. I use it on all my rides longer than 45 miles or when temps are above
    85. I was buying the little pouches but found it slightly cheaper to buy the 1 lb bags. So what
    I did was f...

Read the 2nd line in my first post of this thread. I know what sells where I live, and it's
easy to quickly assess what a bike needs, and how much I can get for it. Without knowledge,
    experience, skil...

If you have access to a lot of spares, and are pretty handy, you can do ok. But you have to
know what you're looking for. I would buy older MTBs with broken shifters (very common) for
    cheap. Like $15-...

Let me remind everyone that gains are not made during those high intensity intervals. They're
made during recovery. You must follow up those intervals with proper hydration, nutrition, and
    rest.

The Gold Coast. Isn't that "Beautiful one day, perfect the next", or something like that?

Thanks for your interest. I'm interested in recumbent bikes and trikes. I owned a Catrike Expedition for two years. Have sold it end of 2013. Are now shopping for a new one. Either 2 or 3 wheels. Looking for more speed.
