    Like it or not, when you stand, you are fighting your own weight. Also, the best grip for hills
    is the widest one possible. Keep your chest open, rather than constricted. You need to breathe
    and spin.

Thanks for your interest. I'm interested in recumbent bikes and trikes. I owned a Catrike Expedition for two years. Have sold it end of 2013. Are now shopping for a new one. Either 2 or 3 wheels. Looking for more speed.
